Who delivers—and who maintains it.
A live record will identify delivery responsibilities, technical support, and the arrangements agreed with the people responsible for the system. Maintenance readiness is something FIELDWATER aims to strengthen through the project.
Parts, local access, specialist availability, and permissions may change timing. Campaign updates will explain those changes rather than imply a fixed completion date without evidence.
